One. The water pump does not produce water when it is started

4. The ribs of the centrifugal impeller are damaged, and the sealing ring of the mouth ring is too damaged; after the inspection is confirmed, the sealing ring of the mouth ring is replaced.
5. Steam leakage from the pan box; disassemble and replace the pan box.
Three. The tap suddenly drops water
1. The tap is exposed to the river surface; stop the pump.
2. The tap is blocked; stop the pump to clear it.
Four. The motor current is too large
1. Start the drain gate and close it tightly; start paying attention.
2. The balance ring plate is very skewed or the parts are stuck; check the inside and repair the abnormal part.
3. The rotation part is adjusted incorrectly, string in the direction of water absorption, and the movement is too large to make the centrifugal impeller against the mouth ring; first push the rotor of the centrifugal impeller motor down to the end of the water seepage side, and check according to the scale.
4. The tight connection of the wheel is skewed or the apron is too tight; find the correct solution.
Five. There is too much water leaking from the tap water pipe and running high pressure water
1. The gap between the tail sleeve of the equalizing plate and the water jacket is expanded; check the solution, and replace one of the parts if necessary.
2. The installation of the vulcanized rubber equalizing ring is not appropriate, it is not pressed by the support frame or the gripping ring, and no eraser rope is added under the gripping ring; remove the support frame and reassemble the equalizing ring.
Six. The pump vibrates during operation
1. The water pump and motor management center are not aligned properly; check the adjustment.
2. The water pipe is fixed incorrectly; check the adjustment.
3. The gap of the rolling bearing of the support frame is large; check the adjustment.
4. The shaft is bent; for maintenance, replace the shaft with a new one.
5. Centrifugal impeller or equalizing disc tilt; maintenance.
6. The anchor bolts are loose and are basically not tightened; tighten the anchor bolts or scientific research to deal with basic problems.
Seven. The rolling bearing is hot
1. The oil is not clean or the remaining oil is not enough; clean the rolling bearing, change the oil or supply oil.
2. The oil ring does not rotate or is inconvenient; check and solve.
3. The piston pin gap is very small; moderate adjustment (pad height or scraper).
Eight, the plate is hot
The pan is too tight or not soaked in oil; adjust or replace again.
Nine, the balance plate is hot
There is too much dirt in the exhaust water pipe or the gate valve on the pipe is not opened; clear or open the gate valve.
