1. The submersible sewage pump power supply voltage is too low. When the submersible sewage pump cannot be started due to the low power supply voltage, the submersible sewage pump usually requires a power supply voltage of 380V, and the power supply voltage should be adjusted to above 342V. The submersible sewage pump must be used in emergency situations of disaster relief and waterlogging, and when the power supply voltage is lower than 342V, temporary emergency measures can be taken: appropriately increase the setting current of the submersible sewage pump protection switch, so that the submersible sewage pump is in use, the protection switch Avoid frequent tripping due to overload. However, when in use, the current of the stator winding of the submersible sewage pump should be controlled not to exceed 11 times its rated current, and the use time should be controlled to prevent the submersible sewage pump from being used for too long or overloading, causing the stator winding to overheat due to excessive temperature rise damage.
2. The power supply of the submersible sewage pump is out of phase or power failure. If the core wire of the submersible sewage pump is broken, the fuse is blown, the control protection switch is poorly connected, the protection device is activated, etc., the power supply should be carefully checked when the submersible pump stops. Whether there are faults in the fuse, control protection switch and protection device in the line, check whether the power supply has a phase or power failure, or the phase or power failure is caused by the action or poor contact of the fuse, control protection switch and protection device. Repair the power failure or disconnection caused by the fuse, control protection switch and protection device; if the power supply is interrupted, the power supply should be restored.
3. The impeller of the submersible sewage pump is jammed. When the impeller of the sewage pump is stuck by water weeds, debris, etc., the submersible electric pump should be disassembled and inspected, and the water weeds and debris should be removed to make the submersible electric pump operate normally.
4. The submersible sewage pump cable is too thin, too long, and the voltage drop is too large. The power supply voltage of the sewage pump is too low and the motor cannot be started. The treatment method is that when the submersible sewage pump is used far away from the power source, the cable is long, and the voltage drop is too large, the cable section should be thickened: if the cable length is doubled, the cable section should be doubled accordingly.
5. The plug and switch of the submersible sewage pump are in poor contact. If the plug and switch of the submersible sewage pump are in poor contact and the submersible pump cannot be started, it should be repaired or more.
Replace the connector with poor contact.
6. The action of the thermal protector of the submersible sewage pump. When the submersible sewage pump stops due to the action of the thermal protector during use, the reason for the action of the thermal protector should be checked first. If the submersible sewage pump fails, you should find and eliminate the fault immediately; if it is caused by the overload of the motor, find out the cause of the overload and eliminate it: if the power supply voltage is too low, the motor current is too large; or the impeller is covered with debris Winding, poor rotation; whether the bearing is damaged, causing the stator and rotor of the motor to rub together and the ambient temperature is too high. Since the action of the thermal protector indicates that the temperature of the submersible electric pump has exceeded the rated temperature, you should wait for the temperature of the stator winding to decrease and the thermal protector will automatically reset before the submersible electric pump can re-run.
7. The thermal protector of the submersible sewage pump is damaged. The troubleshooting method is to first check the cause of the thermal protector damage. If the damage of the thermal protector is caused by the fault of the submersible sewage pump, the fault of the submersible sewage pump should be found and eliminated immediately; if the cause of the damage of the thermal protector is caused by the quality of the thermal protector or because the thermal protector has been used for too long If it is long-term, the thermal protector of the same model and specification should be replaced.
8. The stator winding of the submersible sewage pump is damaged. When the stator winding of the submersible sewage pump is damaged and causes a stall, the cause of the damage to the submersible motor stator winding should be checked first, and the fault should be eliminated to prevent damage to the submersible motor stator winding again; then the submersible motor stator winding Perform disassembly and repair, and replace the damaged stator winding as required.
9. Poor contact or damage to the centrifugal switch of single-phase submersible motor is to first check whether the cause of the damage to the centrifugal switch is related to the failure of the submersible sewage pump. If the submersible sewage pump has a malfunction, you should immediately find and eliminate the sewage pump failure, and then repair it. Or replace the centrifugal switch.
